Clubhouse Reservations

WRBC Facility Use and Reservations

The clubhouse may be reserved for use by members hosting private events. Reservations help insure that we do not schedule multiple private events. A reservation does not grant a member or the event exclusive access to any part of club except the clubhouse (and excluding the refrigerator and sink.). In particular the gazebo area to the west of the clubhouse is always open to club members.

The reservations officer, if necessary in consultation with the commodore, is the only person who can authorize the scheduling of a member’s event on the official WRBC calendar. Please check the calendar first to insure that the date you wish is open. Then fill out the form below to request scheduling the club for your function. Please note that it is possible that yours may not be the only request for the open date. Requests are processed in the order they are received.

The club is not responsible for the condition of the clubhouse upon your arrival, so please plan to do some cleaning and straightening up prior to your event. Also note that if the trash is not removed and the grill is not cleaned after your event it will result in a charge against the members account of $100. IF there is trash and the grill is not clean when you arrive please notify the commodore by email at Commodore@whiterockboatclub.com. Regardless of the condition of the grill when you arrive, if you use the grill you must leave it clean.

Please read the Use Policy, Reservations Checklist and Cleanup Checklist here for more information.
